  2. I totally agree with the line in the blog that customer satisfaction is necessary and we should not only focus on positive feedback but also focus on negative feedback and improve them.

  3. The team can be a good source to turn to for resolving difficult requests because even if the situation is totally new, brainstorming together can provide a better response than just one person.
