More About Doing Remote Unmoderated Usability Testing

If you read my entry about the quick test of the software update flow that we did last week, I thought it might also be of interest to review the tool I used. I used a new usability testing app called OpenHallway that lets you create and conduct test sessions remotely. Once you've recruited participants, you invite them to view a URL which then runs a Java app to record the participants screen and voice.

You can read the full review of Open Hallway at Konigi.
