Balsamiq Sponsorships & Raffle Update for December 2019
Hello once again, friends!
As the decade comes to an end it is time to reflect where we are, where we want to be, and lay plans to reach our goals.
Tech conferences are a great place for people to come together to share their experiences, learn, problem solve, and grow together. Sadly, the barriers for women, LGBTQ+ folks, people of color, people with disabilities, and other underrepresented groups into the tech world are still heavily present.
That is why we’ve decided half of our 2020 sponsorship program funds should be given to these communities.
Different perspectives are not only great to receive, they’re essential! We must hear from people of all backgrounds if we want to be the best we can be. We hope these efforts will help to create a more inclusive and better world.
