You may know usability expert Paul Boag from his intelligent and fun podcast about web and user experience design called the Boagworld show. It's been one of our favorites for a while. If you're at all interested in user experience or web design topics, you should give it a listen.

Paul also runs Boagworks, where he consults with companies and entrepreneurs to improve the usability and conversion of their websites.
