Balsamiq Sponsorships Update for January 2022
Hi Balsamiq friends!
We’d love to start off the new year by telling you about an exciting conference created to address the needs of women of color: Tech Intersections.
In April, women of color will gather to share career advice, technical experience, and self-care skills. With free childcare provided and affordable ticket prices, Tech Intersections works to remove barriers for women interested in breaking into the industry.
In order to create a safe space uniquely designed to serve their needs, this conference is exclusively for people who identify as women of color; though ally skills workshops are open to all.

“Tech Intersections provides a space for the women of color most underrepresented in tech to come together and learn from each other’s successes, challenges, and experiences. While we value our allies and recognize that all women in tech and men of color also face discrimination, this is a unique opportunity for us to have our own space. We have sponsored ally skills workshops in the past and plan to do so again.”
Wishing you a safe, healthy, and successful new year!
